That’s a bold statement to make today, but we are so sure that you and your lender will be satisfied with the quality and performance of our work, we are willing to back up our words with guarantees like this. Bristol Restoration also guarantees that we will complete every job on schedule and to exact specifications. You will never be delayed due to our cause!
How we work…
Work performed By Contract- There is no cost, fee, or obligation for a “Quotation” or “Proposal” for repairs provided before appointment. By forwarding the requested repair list we are able to send the best suited estimator to determine the cost to repair. A Contractual agreement is best, both for the Customer, as well as the Contractor...the unforeseen has been taken into account and the required results are described in clear format. There may be a change order if and when it is discovered that additional work is needed we immediately notify all parties involved, but generally we do our due diligence when it comes time to initially inspect a property for repairs.
Time & Materials- Troubleshooting and Analysis is generally best suited to Time and Materials, however on request, we will provide a specified time frame for discovery. The minimum charge is $49.00, plus any materials plus applicable tax. You will not incur any charges beyond this contracted limit, and...If we are unable to complete, you will owe nothing. Service calls based on Time and Materials, within the LA basin Metro area, will include a one hour minimum Labor Charge, plus Materials and any applicable Taxes. No charges are incurred for travel or waiting time to pick up materials or supplies.
Emergency Repairs- are billed appropriately for Time and Materials. An “eyeball estimate” of initial time and materials will be provided before any work or discovery is commenced. Bristol Restoration is available for emergency repairs due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances 24/7. Our emergency phone contact in the LA Metro area is: 661-799-8165
Warranty-Materials are warranted to be suitable for the intended purpose and free of defect for two, (2) full years. This is not a prorated form of warranty....if a device is replaced under warranty; the full warranty of that device will begin on the replacement date. All Labor is guaranteed unconditionally for two full years.
