When you hire a contractor to perform services…whether to build, repair, or remodel, you expect a level of knowledge and competency. Additionally, you would automatically expect that he or she is not only licensed to perform the work but also qualified to tackle the job you have contracted them to perform. That’s the bare minimum. Unfortunately in today’s real estate environment that’s just not the case.
When you hire Bristol Restoration to fix or repair your property, there are three things you can count on;
First; “We do what we say we will do, when we say we would do it, and exactly how we said we would do it”. If we both agree on a start and completion date that’s exactly what we’ll do. If there is something repaired behind a wall that is covered or later hidden, we will show you proof of completion to all required codes and specifications. If escrow was supposed to close on Friday, it won’t be because of anything we did or did not do.
Second; “Our repair technicians are qualified to repair your property”. You can rest assured that the technicians we send to service or repair your property will be qualified to perform the work required, have passed in-depth background checks, and will leave the work area thoroughly cleaner then they found it. All our employees are legal U.S. residents. You be able to spot them easily as they will be wearing uniforms and carrying company I.D. badges.
Third; “We will never charge you for services or repairs you do not need”. You will never receive a “low-ball” estimate in order for our technician to come back to you after the work has started only to “mysteriously” find a far more difficult repair condition requiring thousands of dollars more in charges. Our inspectors and estimators are professionals in their fields. We know how to determine a scope of repair and… the cost of unforeseen obstacles. If there is ever a question, we will gladly refund all your money or not charge you for any work we have begun. If after work has begun, we find it to be less than we had originally estimated, you will be notified …and the invoice will reflect a reduction in payment amount. If unforeseen circumstances arise that cause additional charges, we will give you the opportunity to bring another qualified repair person to validate our findings.

Ethics and Compliance with All Laws and Regulations- All of us at Bristol Restoration believe in Corporate as well as personal responsibility in the everyday conducting of business with and for our clients. Bristol’s Board of Directors of the Company (“Board of Directors”) has adopted this Code of Business Conduct and Ethics ("Code"), to summarize the general standards and principles of business conduct that the Company requires that each member of the Board of Directors as well as all the Company’s officers, consultants, employees, agents, independent contractors and temporary personnel shall adhere to and ensure enforcement of sound ethical standards.
1. Bristol Restoration will conduct its business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards.
2. Bristol Restoration is committed to being a good corporate citizen where it does business. Therefore, it continues to be the policy of the Company to comply in all respects, with all laws and regulations that are applicable to its business, both in letter and spirit.
3. If a law conflicts with a policy in this Code, the law must be followed; however, if a local custom or policy conflicts with this Code, this Code will be followed.
4. Our customers and their clients come first. Our business is to serve the needs and requirements of our customers for a fair and negotiated price guided by a written contract.
5. In the adherence to our standard of conducting business, we will notify our customer of any violation, gross negligence, health and safety, or other issue that may cause harm to our customer or their client in anyway. We will NOT by any means, artificial or otherwise, knowingly cause any action that may cause harm in any way to our customers or their clients.
